What happens after I send the form?
We reply by email with the price for your case. You get an invoice, and once it's paid we start. Most reports are delivered within hours of receiving everything we need.
What do you need from me?
Make, model, year, VIN, mileage, engine size, fuel type and number of previous owners, plus four photos of the outside (one per side) and one of the mileage. Any damage, with photos, and the service history make the figure more accurate.
Will HMRC or my insurer accept it?
Every report is prepared with their standards in mind, but no valuer can guarantee what a third party decides.
Is this a history check or a mechanical inspection?
No. We value the vehicle on the UK market. We don't check finance, theft or write-off records, and we don't inspect the mechanics.
Can you act as an expert witness?
No. Our reports are independent supporting documents. We don't act as an expert witness and don't attend court.
