Cookie Settings
Last updated: 6 October 2026We keep this simple. We use a few cookies and similar storage to keep the site and the enquiry form working, to count visits with Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the pages with PostHog, and to note where a visit came from when you send us an enquiry. All of it is used only to understand how the site is used, never for advertising. You can turn off the enquiry attribution at any time, free of charge, at the bottom of this page.
What each category does
| Category | What it's for | Your choice |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Remembers the choice you make on this page, and a hidden field that quietly blocks spam bots on the enquiry form. Nothing here identifies you personally, and it can't be switched off, because the site and form wouldn't work without it. | Always on |
| Analytics | Google Analytics counts visits and page views, and shows us in general terms where visitors come from and which pages they read. We use it to understand how the site is used. Google processes this data for us: see Google's privacy policy. | Always on |
PostHog (ph_ cookie) |
Records how visitors use the pages (clicks, scrolling, page views, form steps; what you type in forms is hidden) so we can fix what doesn't work. Recordings are kept for 1 month and the cookie for up to 1 year. PostHog Inc. processes this data for us and stores it in the European Union: see PostHog's privacy policy. | Always on |
| Enquiry attribution | When you send us an enquiry, we note in general terms where that visit came from (for example a search engine, a specific link, or directly typing the address) and which page you landed on first, so we know which of our pages and marketing actually reach people. | On, you can turn it off below |
Turning off enquiry attribution
If you'd rather we didn't note where your visit came from, use the button below. Google Analytics, PostHog and the necessary cookies stay on.
